It’s a little take-out place with 4 small tables inside and a bar outside. There was nice, chill Mexican music playing. I ordered a birria burrito and flan. The burrito was very good when paired with the pineapple salsa. The flan was very firm but the taste was spot on. I will definitely eat here again the next time I am in town.

We ordered the Pizza Birria and it was huge, thick and SO good and it was only 25! This could easily be shared between 3-4 people. Friendly service …

This is a pretty solid birria spot for folks living over in the Boulevard Park area. I like that they include a side of birria broth for dipping unlike other spots. They have other tacos like adobada but do not have sides like beans and rice. The veggie taco does not have cheese and it does have broccoli which I found kind of odd, but it was still delicious somehow. The salsas are pretty tasty.

First time here and I should have checked the reviews here first. I way over ordered but I'm not mad about having delicious leftovers! So good. The pizzabirria is huge, definitely a sharing situation. The nachos have a nacho cheese sauce and really good beans on them, not what I'm used to but they were tasty. I ordered over the phone and it was ready in 10 minutes. Amazing!

My coworker put me on to this place. I will be back for sure. I recommended the location be fixed because right now it directs to a random house lol. But it’s right off the main road by Oliver’s. Bomb dot com. 10/10 fresh carne, and hot dipping soup.

This spot is a birria lover's paradise! We tried the birria burrito, nachos, carne asada, and the unique birria pizza. Each dish was packed with rich, savory flavors that really hit the spot. The birria pizza was a standout, blending the cheesy goodness of pizza with the deep flavors of birria. The portions were generous, and everything was deliciously satisfying. If you're a fan of birria or just looking for something new and flavorful, this place is a must-visit.

This is the birria and tacos I’ve had this far north. Everything was fresh and so good!! I’m already plotting for when I can return. We tried a few things, the birria ramen, the Carne Asada burrito, and the pork adobada tacos. The pork wasn’t greasy and was flavorful. I enjoyed all the toppings in the burrito, it had rice beans meat lettuce guacamole sour cream cheese… so fire! And the birria ramen was delicious too. Very hot. I could tell they must make their own blend of chilies for the sauce. Even tortillas are handmade. Very friendly people working, i assume the owners. Grabbed some photos of the inside but food didn’t last long enough. Next time!

Birria La Sabrosa I thought is a hidden gem around the area for anyone craving birria tacos and consommé. The tacos were pretty solid with flavor, and the consommé was rich. The highlight was the trio of sauces—all spicy and each adding a unique kick. Give it a try if you’re around!
